My Story

Hi. I’m Chef Samone owner of Red Door Events & Catering based in Atlanta. I pretty much maintained great health and weight, until my company turned into the Incredible Hulk and we were cranking out weddings left and right when I was living in Orlando Florida.

I had paid no attention to the weight I was slowly gaining because I was constantly catering and wearing my chef coat. I didn’t discover how much weight I had gained until I was working with stylists on set when I was a finalist on Food Network Star.

Then when the episodes aired and I watched myself on TV, I saw myself and cried!

I could not believe I let myself go like that!

Why I Started This Program

It would take the unfortunate events surrounding COVID-19 halting all catering, forcing me to spend time with myself, figure out a plan, develop a weight loss and health plan for myself that I could stick to and implement – and now I’m sharing my process with you.
